The most effective way to prepare children for Kindergarten is by reading to them and providing access to books. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Ohio offers free books to children in order to foster a love of reading and positive caregiver relationships.
What is Dolly Parton's Imagination Library?
Children receive one book per month, delivered right to their home, until their 5th birthday.
When Should Parents Register?
Caregivers can register as soon as the child is born. If registered at birth, they will receive 60 books over the course of the program.
