Car Rider Form

Parents: if you child will be a car rider to and from school, all year for the 2024-25 school year, please fill out and submit this Car Rider Form as soon as possible.

School hours: 8:45 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
     Building opens: 8:15 a.m.

Immunization Requirements

Click here for information on required school immunizations. Preschool and Kindergarten students have several vaccinations that are required to start school.

Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Ohio

The Dolly Parton Imagination Library of Ohio provides children with one free book, per month from birth to age 5! Research has shown that reading aloud to a child and giving them access to books is the best way to ensure they are prepared for Kindergarten.
